Lead Maintenance Technician | Apply here
The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees maintenance operations, supervises technicians, and ensures the historic theatre remains safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role coordinates scheduling, prioritizes tasks, and supports capital improvement efforts. Reports to the Operations Manager.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance across the theatre facility. This includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs, and assisting with upkeep of the historic infrastructure. This role reports to the Lead Maintenance Technician.
Events Manager | Apply here
The Events Manager will manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; hire, train, schedule and supervisor all event staff; oversee building security and interact with local public safety officials to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event staff/security and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience. This position also helps support the Guest Experience team and works closely with visitors, stakeholders, industry partners, guests, in-house services, and other colleagues.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting Marketing Director with the planning of execution of all digital touch points for the theatre, including but not limited to: email, website, SMS, social and website. Incredible opportunity to get into a venue prior to opening and help relaunch a legacy brand. Ideal position for someone with prior intern or assistant experience at a venue who lives and breathes digital marketing. Heavy emphasis on running email campaigns via HIVE, prepping shows for announcement in CARBONHOUSE and assisting with paid campaigns in META. Must be highly organized. (Schedule is flexible.)

The Lead Audio Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing audio systems, mixing live sound, and ensuring high-quality audio experiences for performers and audiences.

The Backstage Hospitality Assistant ensures artists and crews have an excellent experience on show days. You’ll prep and maintain dressing rooms, fulfill rider items, coordinate catering, and respond to real time needs, working closely with stage management and production.

The Technical Crew Member is responsible for supporting behind-the-scenes operations of shows and events at the Plaza Theatre. This role reports to the Technical Director and includes hands-on work with lighting, sound, scenery, and projection equipment.

The Box Office Supervisors assist in the operation of the box office, implementing and following procedures, overseeing the box office and or the VIP entrances.

The Box Office Ticket Seller works under supervision of the Box Office Supervisors, assist guests in purchasing tickets, resolve guest issues in accessing digital tickets, answer event questions, all while providing excellent customer service.
