TICKET POLICY


Cynthia Erivo is giving fans the flexibility to request tickets. Simply choose your preferred ticket options. The more options you select, the better your chances of getting tickets. 
 
After the request window closes on Monday, September 27 at 10:00 pm PST, Ticketmaster will let fans know if their requested tickets can be fulfilled, and their card will be charged.

OCTOBER 30 | FANS ARE NOTIFIED 

FAQ 

Q: What happens after I request tickets? 
A: You’ll get an email summarizing your request but your card will not be charged at this time. After the request window closes, you’ll get another email on or before Thursday, October 30 confirming if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled.  If you get tickets, your card will be charged. All sales are final. 
 
Q: Who is eligible to request tickets? 
A: Anyone with a Ticketmaster Account can request tickets. 
 
Q: Am I guaranteed tickets? 
A: Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets, but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you. If none of your requested tickets are fulfilled, your card will not be charged. 
 
Q: When will my card be charged? 
A: Your card will only be charged if your request can be fulfilled after the request window closes. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum potential total. If your card is declined, you will lose your tickets. 
 
Q: What if my requested tickets aren’t fulfilled? 
A: You’ll get an email confirming that none of your requested tickets could be fulfilled, and your card will not be charged. 
 
Q: Can I place multiple requests? 
A: No. Only one request per tour is valid. If you submit a second request, your previous ticket request will be cancelled. 
 
Q: Can I change my request? 
A: Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before Monday, October 27 at 10:00 pm PST. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override your previous request. 
 
Q: Can I cancel my request after it’s submitted? 
A: Yes, you can cancel your request at any time before Monday, October 27 at 10:00 pm PST.
