Tickets for the Palm Springs Plaza Theatre can be purchased directly at any time through Ticketmaster.com or at the on-site box office located inside the theatre when open. Please see “Palm Springs Preservation Foundation Box Office” for hours of operation.
Ticket requirements for events may vary. Please contact the box office at boxoffice@palmspringsplazatheatre.com for ticketing information about specific events.

Mobile Tickets:

All tickets for the Palm Springs Plaza Theatre are digital, mobile entry tickets. We use Ticketmaster Safetix, which repeatedly refreshes your ticketing barcode to curb counterfeit ticket use. Print-at-home tickets, screenshots, or other methods of tickets are NOT accepted.

Mobile entry is safe, easy, and fast. Your ticket is sent straight to your mobile device from Ticketmaster. Locate your tickets in the Ticketmaster app or your Ticketmaster Account Manager. From there, you have the option to add your mobile tickets to your Apple or Google wallet. Show your ticket from the Ticketmaster app or your Apple/Google wallet upon entry to be scanned for entry.

The ONLY authorized ticket resale service for the Palm Springs Plaza Theatre is Ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange.

Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticket provider for all Palm Springs Plaza Theatre events and the only authorized re-seller for tickets is Ticketmaster Verified Tickets. Tickets purchased from an unauthorized agent may be counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise void and may not be valid for admission to the event.

Tickets purchased from sources other than Ticketmaster or the Palm Springs Plaza Theatre box office may not be valid. The Palm Springs Plaza Theatre is unable to honor or replace invalid tickets. If you are subject to fraud, you may not have any recourse to recoup your cash.

Palm Springs Preservation Foundation Box Office
The Palm Springs Preservation Foundation Box Office is located directly inside the Main Entrance of the theatre, on the southwest corner of the building.

The box office is closed on non-event days

On event days, the box office is open at 11:00am until the event start time

All transactions at the box office are cashless. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are valid forms of payment.

Cash, personal checks, bitcoin, crypto, and money orders are NOT accepted. No refunds or exchanges.

The cardholder must be present with a valid government-issued ID at time of purchase.

Tickets purchased at the box office are delivered via mobile delivery.

Child Ticket Policy

Generally, children 24-months and under do not require a ticket if they sit on an adult’s lap for most but not all events.

Please note, some full-length musicals and plays may not be appropriate for or hold the attention of young children. The theatre staff may request a restless child and parent to quietly exit the lobby during the performance.
