- Guests shall not interfere with the event, its performers, or theatre staff in any manner.
- Guests shall not use abusive, offensive, or obscene language and gestures.
- Threats or acts of violence will not be tolerated. Guests may not engage in fighting, taunting, throwing objects, or other behavior deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests, and are subject to immediate ejection.

GUEST POLICIES:
In addition to our Guest Code of Conduct, the Plaza Theatre upholds the following guest behavior policies to maintain the highest quality of experience for all guests:
- Profane or aggressive language, cheers, or taunts are not permitted. Additionally, guests are not permitted to enter with clothing or signage that clearly displays any obscene or offensive messages or photographs.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the Plaza Theatre property. This includes the smoking of electronic cigarettes or vaporizers.
- Once a guest has successfully scanned their ticket for entry into the Plaza Theatre, the guest will not be permitted to exit the ticketed area and re-enter. Certain reasonable exceptions to this policy may only be made at the discretion of the Plaza Theatre Management.
- To ensure the integrity of seating sections, guests may only sit in seats for which they have a ticket. Guests may be asked to present their ticket upon each entry into any seating area.
- Guests who wish to access a seating section after the event has begun must comply with the curtain policy for that event. Some events may restrict latecomers to wait in the lobby until an intermission or an interval established by each performing group.
- For the enjoyment of all in attendance, the Plaza Theatre asks that guests refrain from standing unless the context of the event clearly warrants it. Standing or dancing in aisles, and on chairs, is strictly prohibited.
- Electronic devices should be silenced during performances. If an event has prohibited the use of photo capturing or video recording, guests must comply.
- All guests in attendance are required to be fully clothed, including shirt and shoes, at all times for their own safety. Plaza Theatre management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.
- Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on the theatre premises is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection or arrest.
- Guests must not damage, destroy, vandalize, or steal any Plaza Theatre property.
- Guests shall monitor their children and their behavior at all times.
- Guests are encouraged to promptly report any incidents, concerns, or instances of inappropriate behavior to venue personnel. The Palm Springs Plaza Theatre’s policies are subject to change at any time and for any reason, including without limitation, due to requirements of special events held at the Plaza Theatre.
